Valet Parking Supervisor - Casino jobs in Idaho Falls, ID

The Snake River Lodge & Spa is hiring for a Valet/Bell Attendant!

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with parking their vehicles in designated areas
- Collect parking fees and provide accurate change to guests
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations
- Direct traffic and assist with traffic flow during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing information about the facility

Skills:
- Strong guest services skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to drive and operate vehicles, including manual transmission
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Knowledge of valet parking procedures (if applicable)
- Experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)

-Knowledge about Jackson and the Teton Village and upcoming events & tourist attractions

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
