    JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for parking, securing, and retrieving customer vehicles. Provide shuttle/cart service, information and assist customers in the front area of the Casino.

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service, providing accurate Resort information and assistance pleasantly at all times.
    2. Promptly greets customers pulling into the Valet parking area.
    3. Receives vehicle from guest and fills out a parking ticket, informing guest of process.
    4. Park the vehicle in the correct area and file the ticket and keys.
    5. As guests exit the Casino, promptly retrieve the car from the parking area for guests.
    6. Handles guest vehicles safely and cautiously at all times.
    7. Maintains professional appearance and promotes guest courtesy at all times.
    8. Adhere to and promote safety practices, ensuring customer, property, and equipment safety.
    9. Report suspicious activity and operational concerns or issues to the bell captain, hotel manager, or lodging director.
    10. Comply with regulatory laws, PP&P, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
    11. Ensure that equipment, tools, and materials are operated safely.
    12. Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
    13. Other transportation duties as assigned.

    1. Validation tickets.
    2. Valet podium.

    ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:

    2. Valet podium.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Possess a valid driver’s license with no history of motor vehicle-related citation or arrest conviction(s) within the last five (5) years in any state per WRC insurance requirements.
    2. Needs to drive all types of vehicles (manual and automatic).
    3. Courteous, friendly, and efficient with customers.
    4. Needs to run, walk, and stand for long periods, have good visual acuity, and work outside in adverse weather.
    5. Effective communication skills - verbally instructs, responds to questions, and has exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
    6. Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
    7. Requires a criminal history background check.
    8. Must be at least 18 years of age.
