Valet Parking Supervisor - Casino jobs in Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities

Valet attendants are responsible for the initial parking and retrieval of all valet vehicles. Valet staff engages in luggage unloading as well as providing exceptional customer service when assisting customer incoming and outgoing within the valet sector. This appointed staff will also be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of valet area as it relates to the parking facility where the vehicles are stores as well as the booth/podium area where customer interaction takes place. Valet personnel will also partake in the organization of ticket information regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions. They will be responsible for managing key inventory and auditing of valet vehicles on a daily basis.

Candidate requirements:

• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Strong Customer service
• Must drive manual transmission

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand and move around as customer service dictates
• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Mobility of hands and arms in repeated motions to operate shuttle
• Ability to handle stressful situations and handling all customer concerns
• Ability to safely and properly operate a hydraulic handicap lift
• Ability to work in all weather conditions

Position Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record is required
• Previous driving experience preferred
• Must be flexible with schedule
• Have an excellent attendance record
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent customer services skills required
• Excellent communication skills required
• Have excellent decision-making skills

Schedule:

• 4am-12:30pm (Tuesday to Saturday) or 4pm-12am Monday, Tuesday and Saturdays.
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Overtime
