We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth parking operations. Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Direct customers to available parking spaces
- Collect parking fees and provide accurate change
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns regarding parking services
- Monitor parking areas for any unauthorized vehicles or suspicious activities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking facility
- Provide valet parking services, if required
- Assist with traffic control during peak hours or special events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient parking operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic retail math calculations
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if valet services are required)
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
