What You Will Be Doing

• Comply with all the Great Escape Resort policies and procedures
• Direct Guest’s to park in an appropriate parking space in a safe manner
• Assure that all aspects of the parking lot comply with normal safety procedures

How You Will Do It

• Comply with all Six Flags policies and procedures
• Perform duties as a team member when necessary
• Operate in a safe manner
• Willfully perform duties in any department when necessary
• Be an active team member of the Operations Division and the Parking Department
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members
• Follow all delegated tasks assigned by management or as stated in the Operations and Parking Standard Operating Procedures
• Complete daily inspections to be recorded on company documents
• Create break schedules, and perform break rotations for area of responsibility
• Coach and document employee events and discipline
• Train Team Members in accordance with Great Escape Resort standards
• Perform and comply with functions learned in Discovery, Parking Training
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
• Ensure proper location staffing
• Oversee daily operation of the locations within the Parking department

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision
• Time management skills a must
• Must be able to stand, or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to perform effectively with current Point of Sale (POS) system
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to actively communicate with large groups of Guests
• Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines
• Must be able to perform effectively in a supervisory capacity
