Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, professional Valet Attendant to join our team. We operate event services as well as daily valet locations throughout the Toledo area. As a Valet Attendant, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, be professional in all aspects, and drive safely and cautiously. In addition to valet responsibilities, you will also be expected to provide services as a Parking Attendant. During these times, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the parking lot, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and organized parking area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional valet parking services
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Direct vehicles to available parking spaces
- Collect parking fees and provide accurate change
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
- Monitor the parking lot for any unauthorized or suspicious activity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for retail calculations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Hospitality experience is a plus
