• Define experiments for debug of ATE test patterns
• Analyze test data for yield loss and systematics across temperature, process and voltage space
• Use data to inform future technology design for test methodology
• Write test specifications

What We're Looking For

.Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related engineering disciplines.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
