Production Data Validation

Overview We are currently exploring a need for four short term (120 -180 day) assignment for an hourly employee. One per crew to staff 24 hours a day to validate production data to EWM system data vs physical inventory in the mill prior to moving to PC. Employees need to have PC literacy, intermediate skills in Excel, physical capability in line with working in a manufacturing/dock/warehouse environment. Need to put it in place as quickly as possible.

Location: Corinth Mill - 3461 CR 100 Corinth MS 38834 Hours

• 12-hour days. 3 days off, 4 days on, 3 days on, 4 days off Position overview.
• They work in a manufacturing facility.
• The facility makes slit products, and their data does not always correspond to their physical inventory. This person is responsible for checking to make sure the physical inventory is reported correctly on their database.
• Realistically what it looks like: Every 15 minutes, a product will come through, this person will scan the unit label, see what should be reported, check the database, and make sure the data adds up. They will work 12 hours a day. 4 days on, 3 days off. This is tedious work, but they need to be alert for it.

Skills:

• Excel: Pulling reports and putting them into excel. They will manipulate that data in excel, match up the data points.
• Computer literate
• Ability to work in a warehouse (able bodied)
