- Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs of broad scope.
- Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the design community.
- Develop and execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.
- Help establish short and long term objectives, goals, and priorities for the test lab.
- Strong mechanical and or electrical aptitude
- Strong problem solving skills
