Validation Engineer jobs in Sioux City, IA

• Perform Outbound Calls to Insurance Agents/Regional Offices.
• Utilize electronic means such as websites to verify loan coverage.
• Work on both vehicle and mortgage loans/calls.
• Read and understand insurance documents for both auto and mortgage.
• Read and understand loan history.
• Perform corrections, as needed, to loans while following lender guidelines.
• Accurately verify documents and questions with agents and offices.
• Be able to provide information to lenders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Meet department goals of 10 accounts per hour.
• Must be able to thoroughly review loan documents and history.
• Must be able to multitask to assist department
• Must be able to meet 90% or higher accuracy on loans and audits consistently.
• Must be able to identify, document, and report any issues to higher management.

• High School Diploma, required
• Have clear, concise, and effective oral communication.
• Accurately compose written materials as required.
• Handle confidential information in a responsible manner.
• Able to convey thoughts in focused and concrete manner.
• Able to identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
• Adaptable to changes and decision making.
• Self prioritize organization workflow and meet expectations.
• Data Entry and Keyboard Knowledge, 30 WPM

• Contract Role with a Growing Company - 6 month contract (possible extension) 
• Location: North Sioux City, SD (on-site)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $16 to $18 per hour
