Vascular Technician performs ultrasound examinations of the cerebral, peripheral, and abdominal vessels to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disorders affecting circulation. Records and maintains test data and prepares preliminary interpretations of test results. Being a Vascular Technician may perform therapeutic procedures such as pseudoaneurysm compression. Requires an associate degree in medical sonography or equivalent. Additionally, Vascular Technician may require the Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential. Typically reports to a physician or manager. Vascular Technician's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Job description
Noninvasive Vascular Laboratory of Vascular Surgery Group is seeking Full time Front Desk position with at least 2 years experience for check in/check out. Experience must include understanding of medical insurance verification, procedure authorizations and medical appointment scheduling. Electronic Medical Record system experience such as Athena or Epic is preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM with rare overtime as needed. Must be able to travel to satellite locations in Hayward and San Ramon.
