POSITION: Vault Teller
The Vault Teller works in a fast-paced office with duties similar to a bank teller; except without the face-to-face customer interaction. Customer deposits and change orders are delivered/picked-up by a courier and processed by the Vault teller. The primary duties include but are not limited to:
Processing customers' deposits
Processing customers change orders
Process customer transactions efficiently.
Balancing vaults and generating balance reports
Reporting to other banking institutions
Be courteous to customers and other staff members.
Provide accurate and helpful customer service.
Operation of electronic devices, computers and tracking equipment
Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
