Vehicle Maintenance Manager assists with the acquisition, operations, and maintenance of the organization's fleet of motor vehicles. Assigns vehicles and drivers, prepares schedules, and oversees dispatch operations. Being a Vehicle Maintenance Manager evaluates, purchases, leases, and disposes of vehicles to maintain the fleet. Develops and maintains vendor and service provider relationships for fuel, maintenance, and other essential services. Additionally, Vehicle Maintenance Manager develops and implements safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs. Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. SALES AND SERVICE COORDINATOR
Essential Functions:
Under the direct supervision of the General Manager and Sales Manager, the Sales and Service Coordinator provides daily sales and customer service support for both the sales department as well as the service department. This position deals with a diverse group of important external customers and internal contacts within all levels of the organization. Independent judgment and exceptional multi-tasking skills are required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
Primary Responsibilities:
The major function of this position is to ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding customer service standards, possessing solid product knowledge, and performing all other components surrounding excellent service.
Responsible for expediting professionally and efficiently all customer transactions at the service desk.
Responsible for maintaining detailed records and schedules of service calls and appointments obtained both in person and via the telephone.
Schedules service calls, takes messages, or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
May support Managers in maintenance of the financial records.
Maintains an awareness of all facility product knowledge, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Maintains and updates the computer system.
Types and designs general correspondences. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, and makes appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
Sorts, distributes, and opens mail. Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
Assists in processing and replenishing merchandise; participates in receiving and monitoring supplies.

Physical Demands:
