Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Solo Commercial Cleaners to join our team. As a Solo Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of commercial spaces within designated areas. All supplies and equipment will be provided to you. This position requires individuals with open availability who can commit to specific days and times to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in various commercial establishments such as offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities.
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within designated time frames.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize designated areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Must have open availability and be able to work on specific days and times.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation. (Company vehicle may be provided at a future date)
• Candidates must pass a background check.

Compensation:
Pay is based on a percentage per job, plus commission after 90 days of employment. Exact compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
