Job Description:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Automotive Physical Damage Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and processing automotive claims efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and components, coupled with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze automotive crash claims to determine coverage eligibility and validity.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including obtaining statements and documentation from relevant parties.
• Evaluate vehicle damage and assess repair estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate settlements with repair facilities, vendors, and customers to achieve fair and cost-effective resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of claims, including documentation of all correspondence and decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive claims adjusting or a related role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software for claims processing and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Certification or licensure as an automotive claims adjuster preferred.
