Vehicle Washer/Equipment Cleaner cleans interiors and exteriors of transportation vehicles such as airplanes, automobiles, buses, railroad cars, and streetcars. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Vehicle Washer/Equipment Cleaner is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Vehicle Washer/Equipment Cleaner performs a variety of tasks. Tuesday, Thursday, and Weekend: (three days per week) about 2.5 hours Tuesday and Thursday night and 4 to 6 hours on the weekend. Tuesday and Thursday start anytime after 8:30 pm and any time after 6:30 pm Saturdays
Duties include vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, glass, sweeping, operating an auto scrubber, etc.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, pay attention to detail, be consistent, and be comfortable working in an empty building.
There is much walking involved - you will be on your feet. The applicant must be able to walk, stand, move, be on feet, etc. for the duration of the shift.
The applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
