Job Description:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks and replacing trash disposals.
• Ensure that all rooms are kept clean and tidy by emptying the trash, cleaning the sink and toilet, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Cleaning appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep work areas clean by picking up trash, sweeping floors, and disposing waste.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment by following safety regulations and performing preventative maintenance measures.

Requirements:
·Ability to work in a team environment where all members work as one team to achieve common goals.
·Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, bend, reach overhead, push, pull pull objects weighing up to 75 lbs., climb ladders or work steps ladder ladders. Must also have experience with appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
