Summary:
Under general supervision, the Revenue Cycle (RC) Vendor Management Coordinator will support revenue cycle by managing the vendor invoice reconciliation process to ensure invoices are accurate and processed timely, analysis of vendor spend, onboarding of new vendors, monthly expense tracking, ongoing tracking of vendor performance and expenses. Serves as subject matter expert with regard to revenue cycle vendors and vendor processes. Creates tracking of areas that need to be reviewed with RC leadership to optimize vendor workflows, quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Processing vendor invoices, checking for accuracy, legitimacy, supporting documentation and matching supplier invoices to purchase orders/receipts.
- Reconcile invoices for payment, and ensure proper period is expensed for month close.
- Proactively reconciling invoiced inventories/volumes against the system(s) of record, validating invoiced amounts are accurate.
- Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards.
- Assist with onboarding new vendors or change in vendor scope.
- Identify and reconcile any discrepancies with internal, and/or vendor representatives as necessary.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Answering questions from vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoices and payment status and resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Coordinating with internal departments to obtain approvals as necessary to process invoices in a timely manner.
- Data entry into applicable reporting mechanisms – supporting dashboards to provide management insight to relevant invoice activity.
- Perform contract/statement of work review and assist revenue cycle leadership with negotiation.
- Assist with contracting, requisition and tracking of vendor agreements and amendments.
- Conferring with vendors on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with RCM team to develop and implement corrective actions and process improvements to optimize vendor performance.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within revenue cycle, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in finance, HIM, business administration, or other similar field. This may be substituted with applicable experience.
