Summary:

Responsible for financial reporting and analysis, maintaining related systems, payroll and meeting various governmental reporting requirements.

Essential Functions:

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records

- Collect and process payroll

- Produce weekly and monthly operating reports to maintain and improve financial strength by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, recommending actions to management.

- Design and maintain dashboard reports and produce ad hoc reports as required

- Inquisitive and willing to ask why, willing to challenge our status quo for approach, and then go out and find the answer in the data.

- File all related weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll and benefit reports and payments.

- Perform cash receipts and provide accounts receivable reporting and perform collections as needed

- Maintain financial and accounting systems and others as required

- Participate in weekly leadership financial reviews

- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
