VENDOR QUALITY/MRB COORDINATOR

Job Purpose:

To coordinate all activities associated with Material Reviews and Vendor Quality.

Nature of Duties:

• Maintains control of the material in a secured area.
• Inputs required data into spreadsheets and other databases
• Coordinates actions with various members of the Material Review Board
• Holds daily Material Review Board meetings.
• Sub-Inventory transactions/transfers
• RTV Shipping Debit Memo for returning of materials
• Knowledge of scrapping of materials 
• Works closely with Planning and Purchasing Departments
• Works closely with Quality Engineers for dispositioning of NCMRs and getting signatures for sign-offs
• Responsible for daily move ticket Items (non-conforming materials from Production Floor)
• Work hand in hand with Incoming Inspectors
• Perform Internal Audits as required for ISO Certifications
• Create and revise Quality SOPs

Education and Experience:

• 5 years Incoming Inspection background
• Knowledge of MRB required
• Strong Office and Administrative skills a must
• IPC 610/620 Certification would be an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to coordinate daily MRB meetings and work as a team
• Knowledge of NCMR's (Non-Conforming Materials Records ) 
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets a must
• Familiarity with Oracle a plus
