Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. Your expertise in quality control, assurance, and FDA regulations will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence. Duties: - Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction - Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues and implement preventive measures - Stay up-to-date with industry standards, FDA regulations, and best practices in quality control - Train employees on quality control procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance - Manage the documentation of quality control activities, including reports, records, and test results - Coordinate with external auditors during inspections and audits - Oversee the implementation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles to ensure food safety compliance - Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor quality control projects Skills: - Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques - Proficiency in conducting quality audits and inspections - Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to fabricate solutions for complex quality issues - Experience in QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) methodologies - Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation based on experience.
