Vendor Quality Control Analyst jobs in Charleston, SC
Vendor Quality Control Analyst evaluates vendor operations, products, and services for compliance with government and company quality standards. Conducts audits and testing of products, materials, and processes to measure effectiveness and compliance with company expectations. Being a Vendor Quality Control Analyst analyzes and monitors metrics and KPIs to suggest improvement initiatives. Works with vendors and identifies alternative vendors to mitigate risks and resolve problems. Additionally, Vendor Quality Control Analyst assists with drafting and negotiating service-level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, expectations, and penalties are adequately defined. Prepares reports and updates on vendor status and quality. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Vendor Quality Control Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. 1st SHIFT: 8 hour shift on Day Shift
Monday-Friday with possible weekend work
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
Paid Weekly!
*** Must be able to work complete shift
*** Must be able to lift continuously throughout shift 20-30 pounds
2nd Chance Employer.
No Experience Required.
On-the-job Training Provided.
Steel-toe boots or shoes are Required.
$25.00 Referral bonus for referring friends and family

Requirements
The Quality Control Inspector will:
Monitor quality standards for manufacturing clients.
Examine products and materials for safety, defects, or deviations.
Perform visual inspections of finished products.
Document quality of inspection.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES DURING WORK SHIFT!! Temperature checks are taken daily, and PPE is provided.
