Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Vacation Rental Maintenance and Operations Coordinator. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of vacation rental properties, handling maintenance issues promptly, and overseeing all aspects of guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management:
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and address any issues that arise during their stay.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and vendors to schedule repairs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for property maintenance and guest satisfaction.
• Guest Services:
• Handle all guest communications, including inquiries, reservations, and feedback, via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions, dining options, and other amenities to enhance their stay.
• Address any concerns or complaints from guests in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Booking Management:
• Manage online booking platforms and maintain accurate listings for each property, including availability, rates, and property details.
• Monitor booking calendars and ensure properties are properly prepared for incoming guests.
• Work closely with the cleaning team to schedule and coordinate cleaning services between guest stays.
• Implement pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, guest interactions, and property expenses.
• Prepare reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, revenue generated, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Assist with budget planning and expense tracking for property maintenance and operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
