Being a Venture Capitalist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Venture Capitalist relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.     We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".

    What you’ll bring:

    • Sales experience - Required
    • Outside sales (In home sales) - preferred
    • Solar experience – welcomed
    • Willingness to learn
