Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and fruits - Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed - Ensure food safety guidelines are followed during food preparation and handling - Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions - Clear tables and clean the breakfast area throughout the shift - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for guest transactions - Provide exceptional guest service by promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques is a plus - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is beneficial - Ability to handle knives safely for food preparation Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
