What You’ll Take Ownership Of:
-
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to conceptualize and execute compelling video and photo content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes footage for use across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Plan and execute on-location and studio shoots, including setting up lighting, props, and backgrounds as needed.

Edit and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in videography and photography to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Collaborate with other members of the Social Media Team to brainstorm ideas, contribute creative insights, and ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

Monitor social media channels for user-generated content and opportunities to engage with our audience through visual storytelling.

Assist in managing equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear, ensuring everything is well-maintained and in working order.

Participate in team meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns and initiatives.

Adhere to deadlines and deliverables while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality in all work produced.
Need to Have:
-
Proven experience as a videographer/photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both photography and videography.

Proficiency in using mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
Love to Have:

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and/or After Effects.

Bachelor's degree in photography, videography, media production, or a related field.
-
Previous experience working in social media or digital marketing is a plus.
