    We produce nationally recognized online live events and advertisements to engage and expand our audience. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of our Education Manager and Film Lead. They will be a part of our education team and work in conjunction with our marketing team to create engaging video presentations. They will help maintain our brand quality and tone of voice. They will assist with producing our live online broadcasts from our in-house studio and create pre-recorded classes for our subscriber-based platforms. This position will require the ability to help move, set up, and take down production gear for location shoots and events. Proficiency in video editing, color grading, and sound is a must. Our ideal candidate will be able to take direction and understand video production terminology and best practices on set. They will work efficiently within tight deadlines. Both full and part-time availability will be considered.

    What would make a great candidate? (Skills and Abilities)

    • Able to take direction
    • Ability to work independently without supervision
    • 1-3 years of video production experience, or have a degree in media arts, broadcast journalism, digital media, or equivalent experience
    • Knowledge of Wirecast or OBS software is preferred
    • Multi-camera production experience is a plus
    • Experience with A/V live settings is a plus
    • Familiarity with an audio production and lighting
    • Knowledge of Industry software is a must. Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
    • Experience with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar applications is preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to take assignments from concept to completion
    • Detail oriented and able to balance multiple projects
    • Ability to communicate effectively and openly and maintain positive work
    • relationships. Even when things are stressful.

    • Has a growth mindset and improves as an individual and as a filmmaker or videographer
