Status & Classification: Regular | Part-Time | Non-Exempt
Payrate: $18.50/hour starting wage
($19/hour after 150-day probationary period)
Work Schedule: Monday ~ Saturday, 9am ~ 5pm* | Sundays, 11am ~ 5pm* | < 30 hours/week
*This position must accommodate a flexible work schedule. Shift lengths and start times may vary depending on operational demands and Museum closures including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional special events.

EoF is home to our Blue Sky Gallery exhibit and interactive aviation center featuring an airworthy fleet of civilian and military aircraft.
Summary
Visitor Services Associates are responsible for providing a positive and memorable experience for Museum-goers. This position serves to enhance the guest experience by welcoming and assisting visitors from entrance to exit. They are the public face of the organization and help to facilitate Museum operations on a day-to-day basis. Visitor Services Associates work together on a team as members of the Visitor Services department reporting directly to the Visitor Services Manager and work inter-departmentally with the Museum Store, Facilities, Corporate Events, program staff, etc.
