Visitor Research Analyst - Museum evaluates and researches visitor experiences, learning, exhibition, program etc. Utilizes findings to inform appropriate exhibit and improve museum program development. Prepares visitors reports and technical papers to suggest enhanced innovative learning environments for museum. Being a Visitor Research Analyst - Museum requires a master's degree of social science or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. The Visitor Research Analyst - Museum gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a result-driven BCBA to join our T.R.A.C. team. The candidates must be able to collaborate and be able to support one another as we assist all with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together. Also, he or she must be able to supervise those that are obtaining their BCBA certifications per the board.

    BCBA Requirements:
    • Must have obtained a BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
    • LARA License.
    • Must reside in the area or surrounding area where he or she is applying. 
    • Must be able to travel at the start of the case and a minimum of one time per month. 
    • Must update goals and progress as progress occurs in real time. 
    • Must be able to model and be responsible for training the technician to implement the targets on treatment plan.
    • The candidate must be able to demonstrate and teach the technician to structure the session so that each authorized hour that services are being provided is accounted for
    • Must have experience working in a collaborative fashion with technicians by teaching, empowering, and demonstrating the implementation of result-driven ABA.
    • Must report and meet with the Clinical Director on a monthly basis or as clinically necessary.
    • Must demonstrate the ability to schedule make-up hours and submit documentation in a timely manner.
    • Must be able to run a clinic-based setting in a fashion where the clients together with their family members are able to reach their goals.
    • Must be able to demonstrate and teach play skills such as, but not limited to getting on the floor with clients and presenting reinforcers.
    • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions when necessary.
    • Must be able to show while also honoring HIPAA, previous or mock assessments, programs, and/or materials.
    • Must be able to conduct and write accurate assessments based on the client's individual needs.
    • Must be able to demonstrate the care and commitment for the technicians and others to succeed as much as you want to succeed.
    • Must be able to speak in a fashion that is professional to all.
    • Must be able to handle and have the desire to resolve conflict as quickly and as efficiently as possible and help others to do the same.
    • Must be able to teach and implement professionalism in accordance with the BACB.

    Responsibilities:
    • The candidates must be able to write result-driven programs and approximately 2 programs for each requested hour of authorizations that take a minimum of 15-20 minutes to complete.
    • All must be able to work collaboratively and discuss cases (struggles and areas where all were successful) in order for the team to be able to help all clients and their family members to reach their goals.
    • All must be able to turn in the assessments to the clinical director or clinical coordinator for review prior to submitting them.
    • Assessments must be able to be conducted in a fashion that is objective with goals that assist the client with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with their diagnoses.
    • Family guidance and supervision must be conducted in such a way that assists the technician together with the client to able to reach their personal and professional goals.
    • Must have knowledge of conducting writing/assessments, and writing and implementing programs and targets.
    • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description. (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and PEAK)

    • BCBA Certification per the BACB.
    • LARA License.
    • Certification to be able to supervise QBHPs and BCaBAs.
