Visitor Research Analyst - Museum jobs in Hollywood, FL

Job Description:

• Assisting the organization with market research and reporting efforts to support sales and marketing for business growth and retention.
• Supporting the data collection and analysis processes, identifying, and monitoring internal company data, competitors' data, and external market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales efforts.
• Conducting research to support business growth efforts, including national, state, and regional software development markets, developing, and maintaining a menu of appropriate data resources for use by the company.
• Monitoring various data feeds and delivering relevant data to the appropriate audiences; staying abreast of the latest industry trends; managing research projects as requested by the management and assisting inside sales lead generation research efforts.
• Maintaining a library of reference materials, maintaining all relevant research files, including source and date details, conducting data entry in the salesforce system, and managing associated reports, and being responsible for map generation and analysis as requested.

Tracking and reporting on all research activities, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performing other professional duties as assigned. Will travel (from FLL airport) within the US for 4-5 days per month. Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing plus 47 months experience as a market research analyst

Must demonstrate competency with the following: MS Office, Power BI/Tableau, & ATS/CRM systems
