Your role:
Provide overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing and launch operations at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. These tasks will support Exploration Ground Systems processing working in Ground Systems Support on the Crawler Transporter systems and on the Pad and ML structures.
What you’ll do all day:
Candidate will be a member of the Program Integration department and will support the COMET Technical and Integrated
Processing Services (TIPS) project team.
Responsibilities include but no limited to:
-Providing oversight and process development for applications within the TIPS suite of software applications with focus on
the Solumina Manufacturing Execution System
-Participating/leading working groups, providing service desk support and process enhancements to various TIPS
applications to support multiple organizations within the NASA EGS, ISS and LSP programs; responsible for collecting,
managing, organizing, integrating, analyzing and reporting data using best practices for multiple projects and customers
-Tracking/managing user roles, data security and records management
-Preparing a variety of formal and informal documentation for both internal and external customers
-Interfacing with NASA/COMET Management, Operations, Engineering, Technical Operations, Quality Assurance and
other supports organizations
-Performing other related duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements for this position:
BS degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or other appropriate discipline and five (5) years of
experience or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
-Excellent communication, presentation and customer interface skills required to secure and schedule inter-organizational
support
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
-Strong computer experience with Microsoft products; Solumina experience preferred but not required; must be able to
quickly master new computerized tools, have ability to manage data, and create status reports
-Must be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and be able to work independently or with minimal supervision
Desired skills and experience for this position:
Physical Requirements
- Position may involve extended periods of sitting or standing.
- Position requires significant amount of keyboarding activities and meetings
- Physical requirements are: sitting, walking, standing, extensive use of stairs, and access to remote structures.
- May be required to wear hearing protection, eye protection and other associated personal protective equipment.
- Position is located on a hazardous testing facility; must be able to quickly evacuate buildings in the event of an
emergency.
Work Environment
- Work will mainly be done inside, but fieldwork can be a combination of outside and inside depending on the project.
- Working at heights and in confined spaces may be required.
- Walking on uneven terrain including paved areas, gravel/rocks, and dirt/sand is required to access various locations on
the facility.
- Climbing ladders and platforms will be necessary.
- All work must be completed in a safe manner in accordance with NASA and Company safety standards.
Equipment and Machines
- Computers and printers used for producing reports and schedules.
- Variety of equipment used in performing research.
Attendance
- Full-time regular work hours between Monday-Friday.
- Position may require occasional overtime including weekend work depending on task.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Shift work may be required.

- Must be able to travel to support position requirements. This may include travel to and from customer location, which may
