As a Visual Merchandiser, you will support the management team in achieving goals by providing world-class service. The Visual Merchandiser is an integral part of our team of retail associates that is tasked with driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging work environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall performance of the store.

Visual Merchandiser Primary Responsibilities:

• Create engaging experiences for customers
• Seek out and promote innovative ways to make genuine connections
• Monitor and meet sales goals, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure displays and merchandise are visually appealing
• Coach associates ensuring that all associates uphold visual standards
• Replenish inventories and updated displays
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, seeking to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team.

Visual Merchandiser Requirements:

• Able to operate with strategic agility
• Proven experience in retail and customer support
• Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Model accountability
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation to Milwaukee, WI
