Visual Merchandising Director directs an organization's visual merchandising department. Responsible for driving sales and profits with pricing decisions, display strategies, and events. Being a Visual Merchandising Director manages staffing strategy and decisions. Oversees regional display initiatives and ensures they correspond to overall organizational decisions and objectives. Additionally, Visual Merchandising Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Visual Merchandising Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Visual Merchandising Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. GROCERY BRAND AMBASSADOR – Part-time.
SRS is currently seeking a Grocery Brand Ambassador to merchandise a cell phone accessory tower in a Fred Meyer store on weekly or biweekly basis Monday thru Friday. Other merchandising opportunities are available and can be done on weekends. Must be reliable and dedicated in completing every visit on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in various retailers but requires flexibility in their schedule.
Pay: $19/hour
Instore time/visit: 60 minutes
Details and Responsibilities:
- Obtain Cell Phone Accessory shipment from store management
- Merchandise new product & any backstock onto display.
- Scan UPC codes for pegs that have 1 or less instock.
- Answer questionnaire and upload photos on our system app from your phone.
- Include any out of stock UPC numbers on the questionnaire.
SRS offer a bi-weekly payroll and direct deposit is available.
Other merchandising projects are available in your area and will be offered as additional opportunities.
