Visual Merchandising Manager jobs in Las Cruces, NM
Visual Merchandising Manager creates, develops, and implements all visual merchandising programs. Leads the design of in-store visual displays in support of the organization's sales objectives. Being a Visual Merchandising Manager creates effective displays and shopping experiences to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Visits store locations in an assigned region to communicate merchandising strategy and ensure quality of display implementations. Additionally, Visual Merchandising Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Visual Merchandising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Visual Merchandising Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) ensure that the products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide the customer the best possible shopping experience while always keeping safety, accuracy and efficiency at the forefront.
Supplier Experience
- Executing price changes, product rotation, and special projects designed to improve how products are displayed to the customer and to meet our suppliers needs and expectations.
Enables Sales/Enable Growth
- Execute strategies and ensure products are displayed correctly to drive sales.
- Build displays and fixtures while utilizing basic hand tools and power tools in addition to refreshing display material/signage/brochures.
Operational Commitments
- MEAs work in teams, with on-site supervision and provide service to multiple departments in the store which requires repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment.
- MEAs build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
**Day positions, Overnight positions, and Overnight travel positions available**
Full Time or Part Time
***Overnight travel positions typically service a multi-store, weekly rotation within a 30-mile radius. This role does include mileage reimbursement***
