Visual Merchandising Manager creates, develops, and implements all visual merchandising programs. Leads the design of in-store visual displays in support of the organization's sales objectives. Overview:
This role plays an important part in supporting brand initiatives, goals, cross channel product storytelling, styling alignment and visual merchandising consistency. This is a leadership role to manage all aspects of company direction in D42 and beauty, to manage training and support smaller initiative goals and long-term higher goal. They will work closely with high level field talent and the executive team on store needs.
Responsibilities:
-all visual prototypes for the field, including partnerships with CED for in store protos.
-all seasonal style-outs and show back to the executive team
-coordination of calendar
-managing flow of samples with merchants
-flow of communication to the field
-managing loop communication
-visual direction to stores
-leading monthly calls with RBD, DM, CED, CESL
-partnership and communication with merchants
-partnering on store marketing needs and placement
-generate product ideas and direction for pop up stores
-develop creative ideas to push assortment forward through merchandising
-partner with allocation on store capacity needs
-partner with CED on training needs
-develop fixture training
-partnership with styling and service team
-partner to develop field through proto connections and field visits
Qualifications:
-5 years of visual merchandising experience
-passion for visual merchandising and styling
-related experience working within a vertical retail environment
-strong understanding of current retail landscape, trends and can execute moving the brand forward
