- Coach, Train, & Develop in-store visual merchandising team to execute visual merchandising strategies and promote our products to drive sales
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our merchandise in an attractive and organized manner
- Collaborate with the Director of Visual Merchandising to ensure brand consistency across all visual elements
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards and provide feedback to in-store team
- Train and educate in-store visual merchandising team techniques and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for visual enhancements
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lead and manage people and performance
- Ability to multitask, time management skills, and ability to be proactive in decision making skills
- Strong layout design skills with a keen understanding of color, composition, and spatial arrangements
- Proficient in using illustration software to create visual concepts and designs
- Excellent selling skills with the ability to present products in an enticing manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey visual concepts and ideas
- Previous experience in retail sales or visual merchandising is highly desirable
- Travel is required
