Visual Merchandising Manager creates, develops, and implements all visual merchandising programs. Leads the design of in-store visual displays in support of the organization's sales objectives. Being a Visual Merchandising Manager creates effective displays and shopping experiences to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Visits store locations in an assigned region to communicate merchandising strategy and ensure quality of display implementations. Additionally, Visual Merchandising Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Visual Merchandising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Visual Merchandising Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. About The Role
Rocket Lawyer is seeking a visual designer intern who wants to experience working in a global and diverse team. You will be able to participate and deliver stories in an agile team, with the guidance of a team of experienced developers, testers, product, and design.

Responsibilities- Participate in meetings with the international team making updates on your work.
- Make social media posts (Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
- Make paid ads and unpaid ads for 5 countries.
- Support the other teams by making visual adjustments in presentations, emails, documents, and international sites.
- Send pull requests for review and incorporate feedback.
- Keep ticket status updated in JIRA and provide updates in daily standups.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure understanding and alignment.
Requirements/ Preferred Skills- Available to work 30 hours per week
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, Digital Design, Advertising, or related field graduation date between January to July 2025 at the time of application
- Advanced professional English verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)
- Knowledge of social media visual language and formats
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Knowledge of animation, film editing, and motion graphics is a plus
- Knowledge of JIRA and Github or similar frameworks is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Eager to learn new skills and new ways of working
- Creativity and initiative in delivery every day
