This specific position is for a Vocational Counselor / Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Managed Care Network, Inc. provides vocational expertise, and analysis of current job and labor market trends, for employers and payers of loss wage benefits across New York State. Our unique set of services include analysis of general hiring and labor market economics, wage assessments, work compliance, and at times, assisting individuals with finding employment within their field of expertise or achieving their desired career goal. Qualifications:

· Candidate must be a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)

· High level of integrity, attention to detail, dependable

· Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

· Analytical and researching skills

· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, and Excel.

· Background in vocational rehabilitation, HR, or staffing agencies helpful.

Education & Experience:

· Master’s degree is preferred but not required

· Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Vocational Rehabilitation services for people with injuries or a disability.

· Study, analyze, and report on:

o Job openings, job applications, labor market wages.

o Job seeker’s physical and vocational capabilities.

o Job goals and suitability, motivation, and many more obstacles of returning to work.

· Train vocational employees.

· Works well on a team as well as independently to complete assignments promptly.

· Collaborate with Interdisciplinary team.

Job Type / Schedule:

8-Hour Shifts

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
