Evaluates patients' interests, qualifications, and limitations to develop appropriate employment objectives for them. Being a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.
