Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor provides vocational rehabilitation services to disabled individuals in order to facilitate their employment and/or reemployment. Evaluates patients' interests, qualifications, and limitations to develop appropriate employment objectives for them. Being a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS: * A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required and must be currently licensed as a LPN/LVN by the State Board of Nursing. * CPR Certification * Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
