The Manager of Vocational Rehab is responsible for the daily operations of the Vocational Rehabilitation Department; specifically the administration, supervision of team members, program development, and service offerings for clients of the Vocational Rehabilitation Department. Understands financial reports, gathers statistics, and manages staff to insure business & operational goals and objectives are met. Maintains a sound professional philosophy and high standards of participant care, education, and research within the department. Is responsible for achieving and maintaining CARF, JCAHO, NJDVRS and other regulatory agency standards.
