As a PSR Counselor / TCM at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide support to individuals receiving mental health services. As part of your daily PSR Counselor goals you will assist clients with activities of daily living, facilitate life skill groups, assess needed resources and build functional relationships with others. Based on client needs you will implement specific interventions under the supervision of a Master’s Level Therapist or otherwise qualified clinician. While serving as a TCM you will have the opportunity to provide case management services to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Candidate Requirements:

• Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field with one year of experience working with children and/or adults with serious emotional disturbances
  • OR
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (any major), AND 3 years of experience working with children and/or adults with serious emotional disturbances.
• Knowledge of community and social service agencies.
• Ability to use and communicate software platforms, including but not limited to Outlook email, Word and Excel.
