    • Must have no less then 1 year of Experience in Residential Managment Position
    • Must be flexible with availability of work schedule.
    • Must have full DSP and active CRMA certification.
    • Experience working with People with Intellectual Disabilities is a must.
    • Self-Motivated / Reliable / Dependable/Flexible
    • Must have Strong Effective and Positive Leadership Skills
    • Ability to manage, track and decrease unbillable, overtime, household budget and expenses.
    • Have Strong Work Ethics
    • Able to set Boundaries with Staff and Residents
    • Organized and able to meet deadlines.
    • Have Basic Computer Skills

    Position overview!

    • Manage and drive the services for a duplex with two units and 2 residents in each unit.
    • Support, train and supervise the DSP support team.
    • Be part of the Residents PCP Team
    • Be responsible for required residents and DSP documentations and needs
    • Work as a team member with 3 other House Managers and direct Supervisor.
    • Able to role model positive work ethic and hold people accountable.
    • Review Therap, Paychex, complete billing and organize schedule.
    • Import PCP and reportable events into EIS and manage home staffing patterns, etc.
    • Organize Staffing for Residents needs and desires.
    • Be Part of the On-Call team rotation
    • Be fiscally responsible.
