Job Description:
As a Warehouse Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining, receiving, and distributing inventory. We're looking for individuals who are ready to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and make a real impact at IT Voice.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Keep track of physical inventory in warehouse & enter inventory software so that it reflects accurately.
Request items that must be restocked to maintain a minimum number of certain items.
Pack and ship goods to clients & employees based on tickets received, while providing tracking information to relevant parties.
Maintain and track employee onboarding equipment kits.
Ensure that all goods that are sent or received match the relevant paperwork.
Confer and coordinate activities with procurement team.
Work in ConnectWise ticketing system for order processing and warehousing.
Requirements:
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
