Your Next Career Opportunity – SEC Reporting Analyst

Under the direction of the SEC Reporting Senior Analyst, the Financial Reporting Analyst has the responsibility of reviewing the Company's annual financial statements for our international markets in accordance with IFRS rules and regulations. This role will interface with the accounting departments in the local markets as well as corporate to extract data and reports from the local books, Hyperion reporting system, and general ledger system to facilitate the review of these financial statements. Assists in coordination of year-end audit schedules and analyses for the external auditors. This role will also assist with preparation of the Company's consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

• All aspects of invoice preparation and customer billing including billing in Third Party Systems.
• Ensure billing data is accurate and compliant.
• Ensure invoices are billed to customer and contract specifications.
• Prepare Release of Liens.
• Process credit and debit adjustments in Great Plains after proper approvals.
• Report billing issues and trends to management in a timely manner.
• Prepares and analyzes statistical data identifying trends, and data anomalies.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED Associates Degree preferred;
• and 0-2 years general Accounting, AR, Reconciliation, Collections and Billing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency working with Great Plains preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
