Makes suggestions to end users regarding voice communications software and hardware solutions, and offers support and troubleshooting. Being a Voice Communications Analyst ensures uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication features, including voicemail, ACD or PBX systems. May research and recommend vendors. Additionally, Voice Communications Analyst may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Voice Communications Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Master's degree in Music or a Master’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the music field. Experience with musical theater techniques and online or hybrid teaching is also desired.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: This is a pool position for temporary, part-time adjunct teaching position. Applicants will be accepted on a continuing basis and reviewed when positions become available. Applications will remain active for one full calendar year.
All Adjunct positions are part-time, temporary assignments (for no more than one semester at a time) dependent upon student enrollment and the instructional needs of the College.
