Voice Communications Analyst designs, reviews, analyzes, and maintains an organization's voice communications system. Makes suggestions to end users regarding voice communications software and hardware solutions, and offers support and troubleshooting. Being a Voice Communications Analyst ensures uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication features, including voicemail, ACD or PBX systems. May research and recommend vendors. Additionally, Voice Communications Analyst may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Voice Communications Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Philosophy – To re-ensure youth that there is power in their voice and their story produces healing for themselves and others.
A. Assist with the development of an Initial Assessment and Plan of Service which outlines the clients’ background, strengths, concerns, and recommendations.
B. Provide hands-on assistance with resources and education (several times a week) to the clients in an effort to successfully complete their goals
C. Provide transportation as necessary.
D. Provide crisis intervention as necessary - Available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week.
E. Participate in CFTM’s, case conferences, school conferences, and court appearances with the client as requested.
F. Provide family advocacy as needed.
G. Participate in ongoing assessment and evaluation of the client goals.
H. Attend court on behalf of the client when subpoenaed.
I. Maintain compliance with HIPPA, confidentiality, and DCS policies / procedures at all times.
J. Completes all required documentation in accordance to agencies contracted affiliates policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
Education
High School diplopia or G.E.D and experience in social service
Bachelor degree preferred but not required
Salary: $20.00 to $26.00
Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills
