Makes suggestions to end users regarding voice communications software and hardware solutions, and offers support and troubleshooting. Being a Voice Communications Analyst ensures uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication features, including voicemail, ACD or PBX systems. May research and recommend vendors. Additionally, Voice Communications Analyst may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Voice Communications Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Cheshire Center has been serving the greater Greensboro areas for over 40 years and our dynamic team of therapists work with children in their homes, schools, daycares, and Head Starts, along with serving children in our fully-equipped clinic and in telepractice! Basic job requirements may include fundamental computer skills, the ability to work with small children on their level, travel, along with the necessary clinical skills to screen, evaluate, and treat the pediatric population.
