    Job Summary:

     

    ArchWell Health is seeking an Analyst, Communications to support our national healthcare brand. This role will be a key contributor to the organization’s external communications strategies, content creation, and building the reputation of the mission-oriented company. The ideal candidate will be eager to dive into a fast-paced high-growth business environment, have excellent written communication skills, the creativity to support diverse healthcare markets across the U.S. and find excitement in the opportunity to learn and grow.

     

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Support the delivery and execution of communications programs
    • Collaborate with ArchWell Health’s PR agency partners on media and press campaigns
    • Coordinate and schedule media opportunities
    • Review communications and marketing products to ensure accuracy
    • Contribute to an internal, companywide newsletter
    • Draft articles, blogs and other content to promote thought leadership while further establishing the ArchWell Health brand presence
    • Review and draft patient communications for accuracy and effectiveness
    • Ad hoc-related duties as part of the marketing and communications team to execute project work
    • Help manage ArchWell Health’s content platforms

     

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong writing skills with attention to detail
    • Strong oral and communication skills
    • Collaboration and teamwork are highly prioritized
    • Ability to identify and strategize the best messaging format for intended audiences (i.e. video, email, infographics)
    • Working knowledge of email platforms such as Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Eloqua, Poppulo, etc.
    • Flexibility to adapt to shifting goals and priorities
    • Ability to work independently, to take initiative, and to function effectively in a team environment
    • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing and communications activities

     

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of three years of experience contributing to communications programs for a small firm or large organization
    • Experience with collaborating with cross-functional leaders to help coordinate communications projects
    • Experience crafting written communication independently
    • Experience working under tight timelines to communicate timely and relative information as needed
    • Healthcare or public health experience a plus
