Job Description:

As a Compliance Manager specializing in Voice Services at our VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) company, you will be responsible for ensuring that our voice communication services adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your primary objective will be to develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to mitigate risks associated with voice services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure that our voice services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including FCC (Federal Communications Commission) guidelines.
• Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to voice service compliance, including privacy, data protection, call recording, and emergency services (E911).
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop strategies to address them effectively.
• Monitoring and Auditing: Implement monitoring and auditing processes to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Regularly review and analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees involved in voice service operations. Promote awareness of compliance requirements throughout the organization.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure that they meet our compliance standards for voice services.
• Incident Response: Develop and implement procedures for responding to compliance incidents, including breaches and regulatory inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, training materials, and audit reports. Prepare regular reports for senior management and regulatory authorities as required.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in compliance management within the telecommunications industry
• In-depth knowledge of FCC regulations and risk mitigation
• Strong research and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
